Coastal charm, urban convenience

Trinity sits within the popular northern suburb of Alkimos, which is rapidly growing into a thriving regional centre with a range of essential amenities, community facilities and employment opportunities.

You will be surrounded by the perfect blend of coastal charm and urban convenience, just moments from established supermarkets, shopping centres, public or private schools, childcare and medical services.

When it’s time to get out and about, you’re only 500m from the Butler train station, 10km from Mindarie Marina, 14km from Yanchep National Park, 15km from Joondalup, and minutes from the Mitchell Freeway.

A new state primary school located in Trinity with the new state high school has just opened.

Future growth in the suburb of Alkimos.

In September 2018, the Alkimos Regional Centre located between Joondalup and Yanchep was launched. This was the first new transit-oriented development to be delivered under the METRONET initiative. This new development sits right alongside Trinity. Residents will benefit from this new city centre providing even more shops, eats and transport options. It is not hard to see why Alkimos is one of Perth’s fastest growing areas.

Everything you'd expect. And more!

At Trinity, you and your family will find everything you’d expect in a modern master-planned coastal community, plus a whole lot more.

You can catch up with your neighbours in one of the village centres, relax in the picturesque parks, burn off some calories on the fitness equipment or take the kids on the interactive hike and bike trails that weave through the retained natural bushland.

As the day draws to a close, grab your towel and stroll down to the beach for a refreshing swim while the sun sets behind the sparkling Indian Ocean.

Three distinctly different villages

Just like its name suggests, Trinity will be home to three villages with distinctly different personalities that complement the surrounding landscape and encourage traditional neighbourhood living.

Agora village borders the Neerabup National Park and features a protected valley of Tuart trees that’s home to numerous bird species. The name Agora is Ancient Greek for ‘marketplace of a city’, and the village has been carefully planned to bring the European tradition of open-air markets to life.

Atelier is the second village and its name is French for ‘an artist’s workshop or studio’, where people come to create something special. And this central village is exactly that, with ornate parapets, coloured doors, public art and a homely local retail hub.

Aura, the third village, is located beachside and is set amongst the natural undulation of the dunes. It emanates a sense of health and wellness inspired by the famous Spa Towers of Europe.
