What is a master planned community?

Where a ‘traditional’ neighbourhood grows and evolves as its population does, a master planned community is carefully mapped out from the start. Purposefully designed for liveability and self-sufficiency, and with everything the community needs to live and grow in harmony with the surrounding environment.

Bordered by bushland with glorious white beaches practically on its doorstep, Trinity is a master-planned community of three unique villages, strategically planned to meet the lifestyle needs of both its current and future residents.

The estate includes the established Alkimos Primary School, up-and-coming Alkimos College, beautiful parks and open spaces, and the Trinity Village Shopping Centre, which houses a health and dental clinic.

With a diverse range of lot sizes to suit all budgets and all lifestyles, ranging from approximately 260m2 and up to 570m2, Trinity is a community that’s made for affordable beachside living.

A winning community that provides an urban, connected lifestyle

Trinity was named Best Residential Development at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Awards for Excellence in 2018. It was recognised for reflecting an urban, not suburban, residential lifestyle, with a strong civic focus. This was reflected in each of the three distinct villages and their individual personalities. The development was also commended for its community engagement during development, early provision of amenity, and developing in an environmentally sensitive manner—areas which have been carried forward into the fabric of Trinity itself.

Future growth in Alkimos

New developments for the future means your community will grow as you do. Beginning construction in 2021, the Mitchell Freeway extension will connect Alkimos’ Romeo Road to the Perth CBD.

In 2022, the new Alkimos train station will be situated just a 10-minute walk from the Trinity Village Shopping Centre, as part of the Metronet Yanchep Rail Extension.
