  • What is the soil type for lots in Trinity?

    Trinity has Class A soil, which is the best soil type classification to build on.

    Class A (stands for Acceptable): This is the highest quality site classification, which means there is little to no ground movement from moisture changes (such as sand and rock). With this soil type, there is no additional drainage specifications required and the builder can lay a standard slab on it. A class A site is most sought after by builders and is most common in land subdivisions in WA.

  • How do I organise my fencing and landscaping?

    To arrange installation of your fencing and landscaping, please contact the below suppliers at least 12 weeks before your new home is completed:

  • How do I organise my TV and internet connection?

    To set up your TV and internet connection, please refer to your contract for the applicable telecommunications provider.

    For Telstra Fibre Optic Connection:
    Contact Telstra on 1800 008 994 at least 2 weeks prior to moving in.

    For NBN Co:
    Please contact your preferred service provider. They will coordinate a time for NBN Co equipment to be installed (if not done already) and get your service activated. For further NBN information please call 1800 687 626.
