Spring Campaign - Love Being a Local

There’s more to life and more to love in Trinity.

Live local. Love local.

Escape the city life and discover a place to start a new life. A place where the sun and surf meet, and you’ll forever feel the sand beneath your feet. Offering relaxed coastal living at its best, it’s easy why locals love life at Trinity, and so will you. Experience your sea change without giving up the lifestyle you love and become a Trinity local yourself.

I love being a local because the location is perfect, so close to the beach and family. Once the freeway extends, and the Alkimos Train Station is built, both of which my block is near to, it's going to be so well-connected and convenient

  • What is the difference between titled and untitled land?

Titled land means individual blocks have been physically created (which means you can see it in person and it’s ready to start building on straight away), and there is now a record of the specific lot through a Certificate of Title, which is registered with the Land Registry. The block is now able to be settled by the purchaser.

Untitled land means the above process has not yet taken place. It could be under construction, or yet to be developed. When purchasing untitled land, you will be advised of an estimated Title Due Date by our Land Sales Consultant, for when your new block will be ready to build on.
