The first shops in the Trinity Village Shopping Centre opened their doors on 28th February, with tenant Coles Supermarkets being the first off the mark.
The new shops are on the corner of Marmion Avenue and Santorini Promenade and feature over 5,500m2 of retail space.
Tenants include Liquorland, a pharmacy, medical centre, childcare centre and F45 fitness gym, with more speciality stores due to open over the coming month.
Project Manager, Mr Alf Lay, said the opening of the centre was great news for residents of Trinity.
“To have a facility like this right on your door step is a fantastic asset to the people who live in Trinity.
“Access to shopping is in the Top 10 liveability factors of a suburb and having a supermarket so close is definitely very convenient,” he said.
The good news for local residents when it comes to shopping centres doesn’t stop there, with the Agora Village Shopping Centre in the final stages of approvals and construction hopefully commencing soon.
Located on the corner of Santorini Promenade and Benenden Avenue, the proposed centre features more retail shops, a café/restaurant, medical centre, a pharmacy and a gym.
